Inner Thighs/Side body - Liver & Gallbladder Meridians

Yin Yoga for the Liver

A full hour mindful Yin yoga detoxifying sequence. We will open the inner thighs & side of the body with deep stretches & reflective long holds for a full embodied cleansing practice, whilst also releasing emotional & mental stress that you may be holding within the body, particularly related to anger & resentment as we stimulate both the Liver & Gallbladder meridians.

Suitable for all levels of experience, variations are offered for all abilities & skeletal structures. Have your blocks, bolsters, or just cushions/pillows ready, a blanket or towel to pad your knees.

Here's What a Few Students Have to Say…

Charlotte Alc – Online Yin Yoga Training Facebook review March 2022

I just completed the Yin Yoga and Chinese Medicine online course and I am very happy with this experience. The content is great, you will learn a lot about the concept of Chinese Medecine, the elements, the meridians, and much more! All very well explained and detailed! I was scared to feel not comfortable teaching a yin yoga class with online training but the professionalism and experience of Claire made me feel confident enough to teach. Claire is a great teacher, I could feel she put all her heart and soul in this course. Thank you Claire

Norie Furusawa – Online Yin Yoga Teacher Facebook review March 2022

I just completed my online Yin training with Claire. The course was very neat, easy to follow and she explained really well. I really enjoyed learning with Claire. She is very good teacher. Loved how she delivered the course, calm voice and lovely settings. Also all manuals are very detailed and clear, I have them in my Ipad so that I can read anytime along with my notes. I am looking forward to future learning with Claire. Thank you very much for putting all together.
