Relaxation is the first step towards meditation.

The Relaxation to Meditation course includes three stages:

• Relaxation

• Autogenic training

• Meditation

Usually, meditation is not called meditation at all, but relaxation. Less commonly, autogenous training. We will go through all these stages so that you can distinguish one from the other and master everything. Each of these techniques has its own purpose, and each of the techniques only serves its purpose. Agree, it would be ridiculous to use an airplane to plow a field, and a tractor to fly between cities. Therefore, let us leave each of these techniques to do their job.

The first thing we turn to is relaxation. This skill is essential for all subsequent steps on our path to meditation. Relaxation is a pleasant and simple skill that allows you to calm your nervous system, someone can solve problems with sleep, someone can learn to relax in any position, regardless of the environment and at any time.

The second thing we will master is autogenic training, which allows us to solve problems partly related to our consciousness, and more - to our motor or professional skills. We will learn how to solve problems that are usually not so easy to solve with simple logic.

The third stage is meditation, which allows us to cope with problems that lie, as it were, outside our body, abilities and partly mind. This is a way to navigate in a situation of uncertainty or gradually implement long-term plans.

Each of these stages has a number of sections, which are included in a certain number of lessons. And, obviously, it will be better if you study them sequentially, without jumping from one to another.
