Learn how to automate and sync lights to music from Owl City drummer, Matt "Goose" Gusmer. The course gives a general overview of DMX protocol and is made for even those with 0 lighting experience.
*NOTE* DMXIS by Enttec was announced that they will not be updating it anymore (however it still works!) but they have transferred efforts to a new and better performing app called EMU. I highly recommend using EMU instead of DMXIS throughout this course, primarily because the DMX interface needed to run DMXIS is unfortunately no longer available to purchase. I have personally found that DMXIS is CPU intensive, especially with fades in automation and when you are automating 100+ channels simultaneously. The new EMU app is incredibly more efficient and hardly takes any CPU to run. EMU is just a much better option.
