Welcome! Have you ever been scrolling through online images and seen cute origami creations and wondered how they were made? Well, today I will be introducing you to the 3d origami triangle piece that makes many of the origami creations that are on the internet. With this skill you will be able to create many things from cute animals to baskets or even an airplane. The ideas are limitless when it comes to creating with these origami pieces.
In this class you’ll learn:
· how to cut the material for the paper triangles
· how to fold the paper triangles
· how to round the front corners for a more uniform look
· how to create something from the paper triangles
Materials:
· 20lb (75 gsm) copy paper size 8.5 inch by 11 inch or (any color you choose)
· 24lb (90 gsm) copy paper size 8.5 inch by 11 inch (any color you choose)
· glue that dries clear (this can be kids school glue or other craft glue)
Tools
· paper trimmer
· craft knife, ruler, and cutting mat (This is optional if you do not have a paper trimmer)
