Financial Planning Made Easy

Develop a Comprehensive Financial Plan using JMN4 Financial Planning Software.  Learn How to develop a Balance Sheet and Income Statement, Estimate Your Income Tax Payment or Refund,  Come Up with an Investment Strategy, Figure Out the Best Retirement and Estate Tax Plan, Learn How to Run Numerous Future Financial Scenarios, and Make sure you carry the right Insurance Coverages.  The Program is Comprehensive yet your "print out" is only 4 concise pages eliminating the need to read through lengthy narratives and review analysis that you don't want nor need.  The JMN4(tm) software is yours to keep (its a Windows 10 program); for programmers the application is written in Python with the Reportlab .pdf output.  The program may require you to "accept" depending on your virus software/firewall; the program has been presented for review by Microsoft.  It takes about a minute to loan this program its comprehensive.

A slide presentation is included to supplement the videos; page 4 column 2 of the Financial Plan provides user guidance as well.  The menu contains input screens allowing you to personalize the plan, choose your investment risk tolerances, and add all your income tax, retirement, estate planning assumptions.  In addition to the 4 page Financial Plan report a "data dump" of all the input/assumptions used to develop a financial plan is available.  The tools menu is in beta but contains small programs to estimate future value of investment portfolios, mortgage/home payment calculations, social security payment forecasting, ...etc.  If you still need help with your Financial Plan or questions you can reach us at JMN Investment Management LLC.

There is no investment offering nor financial planning agreement implied anywhere in this course.  The JMN4 (tm) program is free to the user without a software use agreement.  There is no guarantee associated with the program with regard to data accuracy nor calculation nor reporting.
