Basic Fighting Drills

This is the first level of the Shaolin Combat, you will train in 3 different drills, each drill will train a  different skill: Speed Sequence is a drill that train the flow of movements in a ever faster chain of techniques. Resistance Sequence is a drill that train the toughness of your arms, as you start slowly you will build the density of your bones and the pain threshold. Lap Sao Sequence is a wing chung drill that it's a combination of speed and resistance, it will train the capacity of feel the opponent as well.

Whit this 3 drills or sequences you will start to build a base for your combat skills. Remember that you can learn the movements by yourself, but the best training is made with a partner, so ask somebody to train with you.

This class it is also part of the path that lead you to the certification of the first level, for any clarification you must watch the last video of the class and also read the document attached to it, you will be able to contact me personally to book your test to certificate your level as well as the certification as Jaolien (Trainer) to start your path of teaching.
