2- What are the key principles that make humans stay focused and resilient while working in team? This course is an attempt to answer this question. The list contains principles that were personally used and validated over the years in the real team environment. But the list is sufficient for anyone to start making an impact in their current ecosystem.
3- What’s the basis of these principles? Basis is my personal and professional experiences. In 15+ years of my professional work life, I was a Team Lead for 4 years and an Engineering Manager for 6 years. These roles provided opportunities to lead teams (sizing from 7 to 65 people) in various domains such as Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering and Test Automation. Those experiences made me learn all these principles, apply them in the team environment and judge their impact. My team’s performance always surpassed the ecosystems defined benchmarks. My journey to learn and refine these principles took years due to lack of a consolidated body of knowledge. This course curates all those learnings in principles form so that any learner around the globe could design a system that performs better than average.
4- What is a leader's most important task while leading a team? In my opinion, he must design a system that works to achieve the goals at hand. The discussed principles may sound very simple, but they are immensely effective.
