trough my career i helped many people to loose weight. Most of the time people just dont know what they are doing. They are struggling with the basics. They not beleaving that they can achieve their goal. But less be clear. You need to have a diet and also what is very important is....Motivation!!.


Stop eating sandwiches stat. Start eating a salad with protein on it every day for lunch, use as much dressing as you want, you don't need to fear fat that much. Eat oatmeal for breakfast with a piece of fruit. Eat a smaller dinner than you're used to. That's my strategy atleast 1 part of it.


When you are loosing weight, you dont want to be skinny. You still want to have muscles. Thats why the diet is very important. If you just eating less you will end up skinny with no muscles. A healthy diet will benefit you!. Think about stayinh healthy. Not having those fat rolls on your back. Not having a huge belly that you tryna hide.
