What you’ll learn in this Program…


How to Punch
Punches are the boxing offenses. The lectures include videos that demonstrate how to fire a punch—the perfect jab. When to fire it and at what velocity you can throw a punch. You will learn a powerful boxing trick that isn’t hard to master.

How to Catch
Boxing is a fast game and requires remarkable agility to catch and defy opponents’ punches. We dedicate a whole lecture to this technique. So, you can successfully catch the fierce nose-crackers without getting hurt.

Knees/Front Kicks
The basic foundation of how to lift Front kicks is an important arsenal of any fighter which can either damage an opponent or break their defense.

Footwork
Learning about footwork is fun and a valuable skill to have. You’ll learn some tricks about how to position hands, head, and how to get back-and-forth movements using the power of legs.

Basic Combo’s
Combo’s like two hand punches, upper cuts, lower cuts and some other effective techniques to break an opponent's defense and give him/her a real teaser.

Partner Exercises
Learning something new with your partner is always fun and exciting. The series of videos include boxing drills and workouts that demand each other’s support. It can help you correct each other’s techniques—which will further strengthen your bonding. Since it’s a tough sport, helping each other is the best way to learn it quickly.
