Hello! This course is designed for anyone currently pregnant or wanting to teach a prenatal barre workout online or recreational facility. Learn today a new barre curriculum design and add to your skill set!

Barre is a fun ballet inspired workout that incorporates movements of Yoga and Pilates as well as some relaxing breathing. It’s meant to shape the body and tone the areas that never get used!

Its even perfect for expectant moms who would love a gentle and low intensity workout for their pregnancy!

You will need your workout gear, bottle of water, stable chair, yoga mat, pilates ball 65-75 cm and some space around you!

Class is an express 30 minutes broken down into segments and guides you through each compartment.

Class consists of the following curriculum:


Warm up cardio

Barre

Body sculpting

Matwork

Stretch


The workout is easy to follow and all levels are welcome!

Remember to take breaks if you feel you should and enjoy the routines!
