This course provides tools to open and balance your root chakra. We will explore holistic approaches to creating changes in your life. A holistic approach means we will explore the mind body and soul and what it means for you in your life. In this course you will find exercises to help you develop a new perspective to achieving the success you desire. Along the way we will look at where you are and where you want to go. This means we will take the time to look at where we are now and how we got there. We will look at the impact that our childhood has had on our lives, our beliefs we have inherited and taken on from our parents, our family and friends and the wider community. We will look at our own negative beliefs.

We will explore our ancestral roots and what they mean for us. Next we will develop a vision of what we want to achieve that is so strong that the subconscious mind has no choice but to seek out and fulfil the steps needed to achieve your goals. We will use EFT tapping hypnotherapy, NLP techniques belief work visualisation and shadow work to complete a transformational life audit.

This course is a hands on course and requires the student to get involved and think about and journal to really make the most of the transformative exercises. Through participation in the activities you will be able to get clear on your vision and develop a road map of how you will get from where you are to where you want to be.
