A Spanish language course for absolute beginners. It covers all the basics to allow the students construct sentences in the present simple. With lots of vocabulary and clear explanations, this course intends to raise in the students the confidence needed to speak Spanish fluently at an entry level. Essential for those wanting to be able to speak Spanish in a few days, it is also ideal to help understand Spanish language structures, which will give a deeper feeling of the language to its students. Although its curriculum is grammar based, it is explained and simplified in such a way that anybody should feel comfortable when going through it. The explanations are in English, and all the texts have their corresponding translation, so that the student can compare both versions, pause the videos and go back the way they deem necessary.
It contains 8 hours and 40 minutes of on demand video materials, with exercises and their keys, plus the PDF files corresponding to the videos.
The active participation of the student during the course is key for their progress. Just watching the videos as if they were a regular film, and expect a consistent learning is unreal. Pausing the videos, rewinding, repeating those expressions that seem more difficult, as well as the conjugation of the verbs, is the basis of the work the student will have to make to fully profit from the course.
For a better learning, I encourage the students to make the exercises orally as well as written, therefore the usage of a notebook (physical or digital) is highly recommended.
