To help you prepare for the CIS - SM exam
Studying for the CIS - Service Mapping exam can be a really daunting task. In order to even qualify to take the exam, there are two training courses required: Service Mapping Fundamentals and Service Mapping Implementation. Once you have completed both courses, you then are left with the task of deciphering what information is pertinent to the exam. And to top it all off, Service Mapping isn't even the only area that is covered - you must also have expert-level familiarity with the CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and other topics such as Regular Expression and command line console for multiple platforms.
The purpose of these practice tests is to provide exam candidates with relevant questions and accurate answers to make preparing to take the CIS - Service Mapping exam a less exhausting process. I will be adding additional questions to this exam over the next several days to give further study materials and insight as to what may be on the exam, according to the CIS - SM blueprint. Which, by the way, is laid out below.
